Steps for basic troubleshooting in Windows 7 with reliability monitor

In this tutorial we deal with the reliability monitor performance for tracking of crashes in both software and hardware. In this tutorial we shall also look at the access of the utility and for the usage of it.

Windows 7 Reliability Monitor

In the first step user has to open the icon Action center for the access of Windows 7 Reliability Monitor and user should also select Notification Area from the Control panel.

In the next step user has to click on option View reliability history for the maintenance.

Simultaneously user can enter reliability monitor in search box in start menu.

In the next the Reliability Monitor gets open and the user can start check out the error both in software and hardware.

In the next step user can view the chart which will be based on error warnings and it will be of scale from 1 to 10 and user has to click on the date where the error is occurred such that he can see the details.

User can choose the view option between weeks and days.

The user has to click on details sections in error to get the technical details.

The date, time and exact details of the problem occurred can be seen in Problem Details Section and the details of the problem can be copied into clipboard and it can be sent to technical support for further assistance.

Problem reports such as computer errors can be viewed by the user and events such as software installations cannot be seen.

The option Check will be helpful for the solution of the problems.

After the solution is got for the problem the data is stored in Action center under the Maintenance section and it is a link between drive and it guides the user for the download and installation.
