Export your Bookmarks to a HTML file

The following tutorial will guide you on how to export your Bookmarks to a HTML file so that, you can use these bookmarks in another browser or else you can save it as a back up file.


To Export Bookmarks, do the following

1) Click on the Bookmarks tab on the Menu bar and then click on Organize Bookmarks.

2) Now, in the Library window thus opened, click on Import and Backup tab and then select Export HTML from the drop down options.

3) Then in the Export Bookmarks dialogue box thus opened, choose a location where you want to store these bookmarks and then click on the Save button to save the file. It is preferable to store backup files on the Desktop so that you can easily access it whenever you want. However, the location you use to save these files is purely independent.

4) Now, your Bookmarks are successfully saved or exported to a HTML file and are ready to be imported by other web browsers.
