Default Assigning a drive letter...SATA drive connected via USB

In your example, you are changing the C:/ drive to another letter...I have a drive that's detected and in the list, but with no letter assigned to it and Im guessing therefore isnt being recognized in the "Hard Disk Drives" section of "Computer".

When I right click on the drive that's unassigned in "Disk Management" the "Change Drive Letter and Paths" option is grayed out and unselectable. Please advise, I just want to access my SATA drive being connected through USB.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium just for clarification.

    Thank you in advance!
