    I was wondering whether I should install Windows 7 ARC Gamer Edition (Which is heavily tweaked for performance) or Windows 8 M3 (Natural)

    Windows 8?
    That is still work in progress and in PRE-ALPHA state... So why on Earth would anyone install that?!

    EDIT:

    And modded (modified) OS is crap...

    Windows 8 has extremely interesting features and I am fascinated by it.
    Modded OS's aren't ALWAYS crap, some of them have extremely well thought out re-designed UI's and registry tweaks.
