guys I have this Windows 7 enterprise edition installed on my machine.
default language at the time of installation was selected as french.

But now I wanted to have English throught the OS windows, messages, browser title bar etc etc.. So I changed the things:

1. Time zone
2. Location
3. Display language ( this dosnt shows me the default language English under the Keyboard & Language tab as well ) also when I went to Install / Uninstall languages English is marked with an Exclamatory yellow sign of warning etc.
4. Deleted French from keyboard languages and layout as well, only English is there


Now what I have is some parts of the system like start menu, the contorl panel etc some content of certain sites show me English but many other show still in French so its kind of mixed english and french on my system.

I downloaded the english pack, but it just runs in backgorund and does nothing.
Even the windows language updated dosnt shows up any point for English at all.

Any help guys ? I do not want to reformat the system.... ( I dont know why multilingual systems are always a deep ~love~.... )
