    I am currently using Win 7 32bit. Downloading your Windows 8 Enterprise RTM 64bit. Can you please tell me.. can I upgrade my win 7 to win 8 without formatting ?

    Doesn't matter what operating system your upgrading from. Going from 32bit to 64bit requires a fresh installation.
