Can anyone diagnose this problem?

I recently had a problem where my computer would beep 4 times (1 long, 3 short) and I googled on my phone and it was said to be a memory problem, so I bought new RAM thinking the ram was bust.

Bought it, changed it, no difference.. so I re-googled on my phone to see what the problem could be, and I saw about replugging in the gfx card, so I done that and it starts to work again.

But even after it's happened twice, It usually happens if I'm watching a video online in full screen or just randomly... It could start to accelerate and I'd close everything and go to my desktop and it will just black screen and restart (but not show anything on the monitor)

Also if it helps, this windows error comes up after It's happened
