Hi,
Please help me , my cousin ask me to format his laptop.The format went well.The problem appeared after that, when I shutdown the laptop and open it back,
it freeze/stuck/hang before the windows 7 logo appear.Please help me.I dont know what else to do.

Things that i have tried :
1.Reformat Windows
2.Take out the battery
