    Default Fable 2 Review

If you remember Fable you would obviously remember the great artwork and the great success it achieved after its launch. It is but obvious that you expect a lot from the new Fable-2. Fable-2 is a Gamer's delight, one would like every bit of it. This makes us wonder - why did Peter Molyneux avoided the pre-launch hype in such a modest way? This game is no less than a great larger than life canvas for a movie with great special effects. One would love to play this on one's Xbox 360. If Fable was mesmerising, this is spell binding.
With the story background set 500yrs after the original Fable, you would come across many new plots and sub-plots in the world of Albion. This has some refreshing consequences for different characters. You can make a choice whether you want to play as a male or female; the latter would land you in interesting turns and twists. As a gamer you would start your life in the game as a poor guy living with your sister and a loyal dog. You are a dreamer , dreaming of a stay in the Castle of Fairfax. One day that wish comes true with the help of a magic box. But you end up yourself in the mouth of death as Lord Lucien kills your sister and tries to kill you too but you survive miraculously. The game gives you a feeling that Peter Molyneux must have read many Shakesparian novels or plays because you come across supernatural prophecies & magic goods quite often in this game.

The game starts from the point where you take the oath of revenge.
Your character matures to be a great warrior by the end but during this transition you earn a lot of money from various means. This helps you to better your social status as well as to buy newer weapons for the revenge. The fight sequences are breathtaking as well as the startegic planning that goes after many moves is more logical than the earlier version.
The game supports two player coop but you can bend the rules as well as set new rules for your characters. Anyone can join the game any time and at that point you cannot migrate your own character rather you have to select from a set of preloaded characters which spoils the interest of the game.
All said and done this game is a treat for all the gamers as far as artwork is concerned, its a total of 20-22 hours of gameplay making it a front-runner in long session games. The frame speed of the game is very commendable. This is the best RPG game you would ever come caross, at least for a few months.
