Post Problem with Ethernet drivers in Windows Vista

I am using Windows Vista operating system. I don’t know what happened to the OS. Whenever I start the system, it will boot and again before loading the windows it will restart. If it starts also, I have to restart it manually because network port will not be working. I checked in Device Manager. It says that, this device cannot start (Code 10). So, how to fix this issue?

Go to Device Manager and uninstall the network driver and restart the system. Let the system check for the updates and let it reinstall. If it won’t reinstall, manually check for the Add New Hardware from control panel.

For more details, check the below site:

Error message when you remove your USB hub: "This Device Cannot Start (Code 10)"
