1. Go to DEVICE MANAGER.


2. Right click the DVD drive.


3. Now click UNISTALL.


4. Go to START MENU. In the empty search box, type regedit.


5. Press ENTER.


6. Either type your password or just click CONTINUE in the window – USER ACCOUNT CONTROL.


7. Now go on clicking HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, then SYSTEM. Now click CurrentControlSet, then click CONTROL and then click CLASS.


8. Now click {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} under the tab - CLASS.


9. Right click UpperFilters in the right pane. Click DELETE.


10. For deleting the REGESTRY VALUE, click YES.


11. Now right click LowerFilters in the right pane. Click DELETE.


12. For deleting the REGISTRY VALUE, click YES.


13. Now click EXIT on the FILE MENU to close the REGISTRY EDITOR.


14. Now RESTART your system.
