1. START VISTA IN SAFE MODE,


a. Go to START MENU.

b. Type msconfig in the START SEARCH box. Press ENTER.

c. For UAC prompt, click CONTINUE.

d. Click the tab – BOOT.

e. Click the check box – SAFE BOOT.

f. Click and dot radio button – MINIMAL.

g. Click OK. Now RESTART your system.

2. START VISTA IN NORMAL MODE,


a. Go to START MENU.

b. Type msconfig in the START SEARCH box. Press ENTER.

c. Click the tab – GENERAL.

d. Click and dot the radio button – NORMAL STARTUP.

e. Click OK. Now RESTART your system.
