Taskbar always on top – enable or disable in vista
1. Right click the empty space of the TASK BAR.
2. Click PROPERTIES.
3. ENABLING TASKBAR ALWAYS ON TOP,
a. Check the box – KEEP THE TASKBAR ON TOP OF OTHER WINDOWS.
4. DISABLING TASKBAR ALWAYS ON TOP,
a. Uncheck the box – KEEP THE TASKBAR ON TOP OF OTHER WINDOWS.
b. Click OK.
