You can change the location of My Documents folder as per your convenience. To accomplish this just follow these simple steps:
1) Click on Start menu and right click on the Document link and choose Properties

2) In the Document Properties window thus opened, select Location Tab

3) To change the position of the Document folder click Move button.

4) In the Select a Destination window thus opened, choose the folder as per your convenience and click Select Folder button.
