Post How to merge two domains in Windows Server 2003?

I have two domains, one is domain controller and another one is Exchange 2007. I want to use only one domain. And also I want to change the domain name. Is it possible to do? How to do it?

If you move both to a third domain and change the domain name, then there will be a problem. Because Exchange 2007 will not support domain rename. You can refer the below site for more info:

The Microsoft Exchange System Attendant service does not start on a computer that is running Exchange Server 2007 after you rename a Windows Server 2003 domain

If you want to use single DHCP server, then you have to SuperScope. See the below article for more details on SuperScope:

Using superscopes: Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)
