    I want to put the rktools.exe software to the users through Group Policy Editor. So, how to do it? Can anyone help me in this regard? Please.

    When you run the rktools.exe, it will be extracted to temp folder. If not, then you have to extract it manually. See the below link for how to extract the rktools.exe:

    AppDeploy.com > Packages

    Follow the instructions given in the above site. Also you have to copy the help files i.e. .chm and .xml, from the .cab file to the Windows Help folder.
