How to add or remove command buttons from Command Bar in Internet Explorer in Windows 7

To add command buttons to the Command Bar in Internet Explorer follow these simple steps:

1) Open Internet Explorer and right click on an empty area of the Command Bar and choose Customize Command Bar and then Add or Remove Commands… option

2) In the Customize Toolbar dialogue box click on the button you want to add to the Command Bar under Available toolbar buttons box and click Add button one by one.

3) You will notice that the buttons are added to the Current toolbar buttons box

4) Close the Customize Toolbar dialogue window.


To remove command buttons from the Command Bar in Internet Explorer follow these simple steps:

1) Open the Customize Toolbar dialogue window as described in the step 1 above

2) In the Customize Toolbar click on the button you want to remove from the Command Bar under Current toolbar buttons box and click Remove button one by one

3) You will notice that the buttons are removed from the Current toolbar buttons box

4) Close the Customize Toolbar dialogue window.
