How to add or remove Search the Internet link from Start menu in Windows 7

You can add Search the Internet link to Start menu in Windows 7 in the following way:

1) Open Start menu and type gpedit.msc in the search box and hit Enter key

2) In the Local Group Policy Editor window click to expand the folder

User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Start Menu and Taskbar folder in the left pane

3) Now double click Add Search Internet Link to Start Menu option in the right pane.

4) Now click the dot Enabled to add Search Internet Link to Start Menu.

Or

Select the Not Configured or Disabled dot to remove Search Internet link from Start menu

5) Click Apply and then OK button and exit Local Group Policy Editor
