Post Access Denied for Event Viewer on virtual node

I have two node Windows Server 2003 R2 Cluster. I am trying to access the Event Viewer remotely to the virtual server name, I am getting the error as “Access denied”, but I can access both active and passive remotely physical node and can view Event Viewer. I can login to the remote desktop using Remote Desktop Connection. What to do?

Click on Start and then click on Run. In the Run dialog box, type “control userpasswords2” and hit Enter or click on OK. It will open the User Accounts window. Then click on Advanced tab and then click on Manage Password button. Check whether is there any password stored there or what. If Yes, remove that password and click OK. Then log off and re-login. It will work fine.
