    Default Problem with Domain Controller after restoring

    I have Windows 2003 Server. I have Domain Controller on it. I have restored everything, but now I am unable to start the services. If I try to open the DNS or Active Directory, I get the error message. The error message is “MMC cannot open the file C:\Windows\system32\dsa.msc”. How to fix this error?

    You cannot open the Active Directory Users and Computers MMC snap-in from within the Active Directory Domains and Trusts MMC snap-in on a computer that is running Windows XP Professional x64 Edition
