Post Shadow copies are not working in Windows 2003 Server

I have 3 TB file server of which 2TB is for E:\ drive. I have converted the E:\ drive to dynamic disk so that I can expand the E:\ drive to use. When I right click on any folder and select the Properties and then Previous Versions tab, it is not displaying anything. I want the previous old shadow copies back. Is there anyway to get back the old shadow copies?

    Thanks in advance.

You have to take the disks offline and bring them backup in 20 minutes in order to preserve the shadow copies. To enable them again, refer the below article.
