    Post Cannot send and receive the emails in Outlook

    Hello, I am running Outlook 2003 SP3 in Windows XP SP3. I have configured everything on the Outlook. Don’t know what is missing. I am unable to send the emails and even I can’t receive any emails in Outlook. Can anyone know about this? Please.

    In the Outlook, click on File and see whether Work Offline is selected or not. If it is selected, then deselect it and try to send an email. If not, then click on Start and then click on Run. In the Run dialog box, type the following:

    regsvr32 inetcomm.dll

    Also if there is any antivirus software, then try by disabling it. Sometimes, those will block the emails. Also check the outgoing mail server, whether it requires any authentication or what. Also try by creating a new Outlook profile. Refer the below article to create a new Outlook profile:
