How to disable "Delete Browsing History" functionality in Internet Explorer in Windows 7?
By enabling this setting the users will be unable to delete the Browsing History i.e. Cookies, Temporary Internet Files, Passwords and so on. They will not be able to use the Delete Browsing History option in the Tools menu as well as Delete button under General tab in Internet Options in Internet Explorer.

To disable "Delete Browsing History" functionality in Internet Explorer in the follow these simple steps:
1) Click Start button. Now type gpedit.msc in the search box at the bottom of Start menu and hit Enter key to open Local Group Policy Editor

2) Now navigate to the folder
User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Internet Explorer\Delete Browsing History in the left pane

3) Double click the option Turn off "Delete Browsing History" functionality in the right pane as highlighted above
4) In the Turn off "Delete Browsing History" functionality window click the dot Enabled to disable "Delete Browsing History" functionality

5) Click Apply and then OK button
6) Close Local Group Policy Editor.
