Post Comparing two folders contents in Windows Server 2003

I am running Windows Server 2003. I am copying some files from one server to another server with permissions. I am trying to copy 70,000 files to another server. After copying, one folder and 30 files are less on the destination server than the source server. Is there anyway to compare the two folders and identify the missing files? Please help me.
