Thread: Unable to download and install the updates for Windows 2003 Server

Hello, I am running Windows 2003 Server SP2. I can access the windows updates site and can generate a latest update lists without any problem. When I click on review and install, the download box will appear, but after 3 to 5 minutes, it gives the error message as “Windows cannot install nor download these updates”. I am running Kaspersky 6.0 antivirus. Please help me someone.
