Post Userinit.exe with Trojan Horse virus in Windows XP SP3

I have Windows XP SP3. I am looking for a program which helps me to remove the Trojan infection of userinit.exe. I used Spybot, but no use. Then I ran Malwarebytes and AVG, it detected Trojan.Agent in userinit.exe. So, can anyone help me to remove this virus?

    Please. Help me.

If you are accessing to another system which has the same version of service pack, then copy the userinit.exe to your infected system to a new folder, for example: C:\Scan\. Then use the Combofix to replace the file. To do this, download the below attached file and save it in desktop with the same name. Then drag that file and drop it on the top of the Combofix program icon. It will start automatically. Then reboot and rescan with Malwarebytes. It clears everything.

You can copy file "userinit.ex_" from folder i386 in Windows XP CD setup, then use Universal Extractor (freeware) to extract the original file.

You can also boot with Windows XP CD, go to Recovery Console mode and use commands to extract the original userinit.exe, then replace it with the infected one. With Recovery Console, you can easily replace other windows original files or repair windows.

After all, you can try another antivirus softwares such as Norton Antivirus, Nod32 or Kaspersky. These have the "disinfect" function which will clean the infected files.

P.S: You can learn how to use Recovery Console here : Recovering userinit.exe for Windows XP - F-PROT Antivirus Support Windows
