How to view Hidden Files and Folders in Windows Vista?

You can accomplish this in the following way:

1) Open Folder Options window

2) Select the View tab and select the option Show hidden files and folders to view hidden files and folders

OR

Select the option Do not show hidden files and folders to hide hidden files and folders

3) Click Apply and then OK buttons
