Default Clients are unable to get the IP addresses from the DHCP Server

I am running Windows Server 2008. I have many clients on the server. I have installed DHCP Server and configured it to get the IP addresses. Now, DHCP clients are unable to get the IP addresses from the DHCP Server. How to troubleshoot it? Please help me.

    Thanks.
