How to Delete Internet Explorer Browsing History on Exit in Windows Vista?
If this setting is enabled then whenever you will exit the Internet Explorer the browsing history will be deleted from the Temporary Internet Files folder.
Note: You can manually delete Temporary Internet Files by clicking this link View and Delete Temporary Internet Files in Windows Vista
You can accomplish this in the following manner:
1) Open Internet Explorer

2) Click the Tools menu and then click the Internet Options
3) Now select the Advanced tab and navigate to the option Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed

4) Now check this option to delete Internet Explorer Browsing History on exit
5) Click Apply and then OK button
