Creating Water Mark Using Photoshop
Step 1. Open Photoshop from start menu
Step 2. Click on file => New or press Ctrl+N
A new small window will appear by the name “New” there give the name “watermark specify the width “400 pixels” Height “400 pixels”, resolution 72 pixel/inch Mode “RGB” colour and content “Transparent”

Click Ok.
Step 3. It will open you a transparent editing field.
Click on Type Tool (T) and Type what ever you want to make water mark.

Step 4. You can add some styles to the text by clicking the text layer twice

I have added these settings Drop Shadow => Blend Mode “Multiply” Opacity “75%” Angle “120”
Distance “231px” spread “0” Size “3” Noise “0%”

Step 5. Now click on Edit and from the drop down menu select Define Pattern.

Name it “watermark” click ok.

Step 6. Now open any image in Photoshop where you want to place water mark.
Click File => Open (Ctrl+O). A small window will appear from there select your image location and press Open.

Step 7. Now create a new layer by clicking “Create New Layer Option“ from the layer Box.

Step 8. Go to Edit=> Fill

A small menu will appear by name “Fill”
From the given option choose “Pattern”
Click ok.

Step 9. From pattern select the Pattern you made by name “watermark" and click ok.

Water mark will appear.

Step 10. From the layer box reduce the Opacity till 30%

That’s it water mark is ready.
