Default Add or Remove Desktop Toolbar in Windows Vista

How to Add or Remove Desktop Toolbar in Windows Vista?

    Desktop Toolbar:

Desktop Toolbar is used to show the contents of a folder on the Desktop. This makes it easier for you to view the contents of the folder and access it. This can be used for the folders that are frequently accessed.

You can add the Desktop Toolbar in the following manner:

    1) Left click on the desired folder or folder shortcut on the Desktop and drag it to the extreme left of the screen and release the left mouse button.

    2) You will now see a pane in the left hand side of the screen showing the contents of the folder as shown in Figure 1

You can use various Desktop Toolbar options in the following way:

Simply right click on the Desktop Toolbar and choose from these options:

    a) View – To view the large or smaller icons

    b) Open Folder – Opens the location of the folder added to the folder

    c) Show text – To show or hide the text of the icons by checking or unchecking it

    d) Close Toolbar – To remove toolbar from the Desktop

    e) Toolbars – To add various Toolbars such as Windows Media Player, Links, Desktop, etc.

I am looking to remove a toolbar I downloaded and cannot figure out how that works. The toolbar seems to be related to a bunch of pop-ups I am getting.
