How to Keep Task Manager Always on Top in Windows Vista?

You can accomplish this in the following way:

1) Right click on the Taskbar and choose Task Manager option or press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC keys to open Task Manager

2) Click the Options menu and click to check the option Always On Top to keep Task Manager always on top of other windows

OR

Click to uncheck the option Always On Top to not to keep Task Manager always on top of other windows
