Post Upgrading to SQL 2000 instances to SQL 2005 Standard before installing Window SBS 2003 R2

I am running Windows SBS 2003. I have SQL 2000 on the server. Now, I want to upgrade to Windows SBS 2003 R2. So, I am planning to upgrade SQL 2000 to SQL 2005 before upgrading to Windows SBS 2003 R2. Is there any issue with this?

    Thanks.

No. There will be no issue with upgrading this way. The SQL and ISA components are installed separately from the Windows SBS installation. So, you can upgrade SQL 2000 to SQL 2005 Standard before upgrading to Windows SBS 2003 R2.
