Creating a Nice animation design using photoshop
Step 1.
Open an image file i.e green nature image in photoshop click twice on the image layer and make it unlocked.

Now open another image i.e an image of a lady and drag the image using "Move Tool"
in to the previous image.

Step 3.
Now inside the layer palette create duplicate layer of the green nature image and the layer containing lady's image.

Now select each duplicate layer and apply "Gaussian Blur"

Now create a text layer and type your text.
Step 5.
Now create a new layer and fill the layer with "White" color and drag the layer at the bottom

Now except the bottom make the other layer invisible by clicking the "Eye" icon.

Now go to Window=>Animation

Now create a new frame from the "Animation palette" and inside the layer palette click on the "Eye" icon of the layer containing the blur lady image and make it view in the in the second frame.

Now create a new frame from the "Animation palette" and inside the layer palette click on the "Eye" icon of the layer containing the green nature image, blur lady image and text. Make it view in the in the third frame. Now select the text layer and reduce its opacity to "0"

Now again create a new frame from the "Animation palette" and inside the layer palette click on the "Eye" icon of the layer containing the lady's image, the blur green nature image and the text. Make it view in the in the fourth frame. here move the text left side by using "Move Tool"

Step 7.
In this step use select first two frames and apply "Tween" apply the settings shown below.

Repeat the same step to all the four frames selecting two frames each.

Step 8.
Now this step delay the time frame that is first frame by ".1" and last frame by ".2"

Now go to "Image Ready"

Go to File=>Save optimized As and save your image (.gif)

If you want to save it in Flash file (.swf) then go to File=>Export=>Macromedia Flash and save it in flash file.
