I have newly installed 64-bit Windows Vista Business edition. I have installed all the updates and drivers. Now, I am unable to see my DVD-ROM in Computer. I tried to update the driver from Device Manager, but I am getting the error message as “Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing (Code 39)”. How to fix this error? Can anyone know about this error?
Thanks for help. |
