How to fix Internet Explorer cannot download / from Help error in Windows Vista Help and Support?


It may happen that when you try to search a word or phrase using the Windows Vista Help and Support, you encounter an error saying

Internet Explorer cannot download / from Help.

You can fix this error in the following manner:

1) Open Elevated Command Prompt and type or copy regsvr32 msxml3.dll and press Enter key
