Window Transparency is not working

Suddenly, Window Transparency is not working. I checked in the Classic Appearance Properties window, there it is selected Windows Aero, but still Transparency is not working. Please help me.

Right click on Desktop and select Personalize. Then, click on “Window Color and Appearance”. Then check whether “Enable transparency” checkbox is selected or not. If not, then select the checkbox and click on OK.
