How to turn on or off Windows Parental Controls Reminder in Windows Vista?


If you have applied Parental Controls on the users of your PC then you will be notified on the daily or weekly basis when you log on to your system. This notification crops up in the Notification area of the Taskbar.

You can turn on or off Parental Controls Reminder in the following way:

1) Open Control Panel (Classic View) and double click the Parental Controls icon

2) Click the Family Safety Options link in the left pane

3) Now choose from Weekly or Every Day dot to turn on Parental Controls Reminder on weekly or daily basis

OR

Choose the dot Never to turn off Parental Controls Reminder.

4) Click OK button
