How to restore Clear Recent Items List option in the Recent Items Context Menu in Windows Vista?

It may happen that you are unable to view the Clear Recent Items List option in the Start Menu Recent Items Context Menu. This happens because of deletion of desktop.ini file from the Recent Folder
You can restore Clear Recent Items List option in the following way:
1) Open Start menu and type C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows in the search box and press Enter key
Note: Replace user_name in the above location with the user account name you are logged in with.

2) Delete the folder named Recent
3) Open Start menu and type shell:recent in the search box and press Enter key
Note: The command shell:recent recreates the Recent folder and the desktop.ini file

4) Log off and then Log on and you will notice that the Clear Recent Items List option in the Recent Items or Recent Folder Context Menu is restored.
