Post How to start the Remote Assistance in Vista?

I want to start the Remote Assistance in Vista using Windows Live Messenger or else any other program. When I send a request to the other person, he can see my desktop, but can’t access the files. When the other person sends me a request, nothing will happen. Is there anyway to fix this? How can I start the Remote Assistance? Help me. Please.

    Thanks in advance.

You can use the LogMeIn or TeamViewer software. Both are good software. You can use anyone.

    LogMeIn

    Or

TeamViewer - Free Remote Access and Remote Desktop Sharing over the Internet
