How to Create a Drive Shortcut in Windows Vista?


Drives in My Computer window:

You can accomplish this in the following manner:

1) Open My Computer window by double clicking the Computer icon on the Desktop

OR

By clicking the Computer button on the Start menu

2) Now right click the desired Drive and choose Create Shortcut option

3) This shortcut will be made on the Desktop

4) You can now cut or copy and paste this shortcut at any location.
