    Post The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed

    I am trying to install some programs, but I am unable to install. I am getting the error message as “The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance”. How to fix this error?
