Post BOOTMGR is missing in Vista

When I start the system, I am getting the error message as “BOOTMGR is Missing. Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to restart”. When I press CTRL+ALT+DELETE, it again gives the same error. I am unable to boot into the system. How to fix the BOOTMGR error? Can anyone tell me the steps for fix this error? Please.

    Thanks.
