Post Creating new volume using Disk Management tool

I have a 360 GB hard disk, in which I have created three partitions namely c:\, D:\ E:\. Beside this, there is one more partition which is unallocated. The size of unallocated partition is around 10 GB. Now, I am trying to create a new volume using Disk Management tool. When I right click on it and follow the wizard, it gives the error message as “There is not enough space available on disk to complete this operation”. How do I create it?

The current space available for each drive on the hard disk is given below:

    C:\ - 117 GB – 50 GB is free (NTFS)
    D:\ - 117 GB – 70 GB is free (NTFS)
    E:\ - 116 GB – 116 GB is free. (FAT32)

I have Windows Vista Ultimate OS. Please help me.
