Just now I checked in the Task Manager that there are two Rundll32.exe processes are running. When I checked in the C:\Windows\System32\ folder, there is only one rundll32.exe file is existed. Then, why Task Manager is running two processes?

Rundll32.exe runs a .dll as an application rather than it is called by a program. It is not unusual to have two instances at a time. Each instance will be running a different .dll as a program. Because of this, each instance will be shown in the Task Manager. It is normal.
