How to Create a Control Panel Item Shortcut in Windows Vista?


You can create a Control Panel item shortcut in the following way:

1) Open Control Panel (Classic View) and right click on the desired item’s icon and choose Create Shortcut option

2) You can now view the shortcut of the item on the Desktop

3) You can now change its icon

4) You can also add it to Quick Launch on the Taskbar.
