How to Enable or Disable Windows Mobility Center on a Desktop PC in Windows Vista?

Windows Mobility Center (WMC) is by default disabled in a Desktop PC while it is enabled in Laptops or Tablet PCs. You cannot run Windows Mobility Center on a Desktop PC without enabling it. If you attempt do it then you will receive the following error:

Note: This setting is for Desktop PC only and do not try to enable Windows Mobility Center in Laptops or Tablet PCs using this tutorial setting.
You can enable the WMC on a Desktop PC in the following way:
1) Download WMC.zip file given at the bottom of the post and save it on the Desktop
2) Now open the file WMC.zip and double click the EnableWMC.reg file

3) Click Continue button if prompted by UAC
4) You will be asked to confirm. Press Yes button

5) Finally press OK

6) Now to open and view the Windows Mobility Center, simply open the Start menu and type or copy mblctr.exe in search space and hit Enter key. You can now view the WMC as shown in Figure 1

You can disable the WMC on a Desktop PC in the following way:
1) Download WMC.zip file given at the bottom of the post and save it on the Desktop
2) Now open the file WMC.zip and double click the DisableWMC.reg file

3) Click Continue button if prompted by UAC
4) You will be asked to confirm. Press Yes button
