Post Error 0xc000000e when booting Windows Vista with dual boot

I have dual booting with Windows XP and Windows Vista. Somehow, Windows XP has been locked. So, I restarted the system and ran chkdsk and fixed some Indexing errors. Then, I am unable to boot in either the OS. So, I managed to get the things setup again with Acronis OSS. Now, I can boot Windows XP, but not the Windows Vista. If I disable the OSS, tried to boot with Windows Vista, I am getting the error message as “Winload.exe is corrupted or missing with code: 0xc000000e”. How do I fix this error? Please help me.

    Thanks for any assistance.
