Default Configure Mouse Wheel Vertical Scrolling and Horizontal Scrolling settings

How to Configure Mouse Wheel Vertical Scrolling and Horizontal Scrolling settings in Windows Vista?

This tutorial will help you in setting how many lines to scroll at a time vertically (vertical scrolling) and how many characters to scroll at a time horizontally (horizontal scrolling).

You can set Vertical Scrolling and Horizontal Scrolling settings in the following way:

1) Open Control Panel (Classic View) and double click the Mouse icon

2) Now select the Wheel tab

3) You can now change the number of lines to scroll at a time vertically by typing the desired value in the textbox under Vertical Scrolling section.

4) If you want to scroll down one screen at a time then select the dot One screen at a time

5) You can also change the number of characters to scroll at a time horizontally by typing the desired value in the textbox under Horizontal Scrolling section

6) Click Apply and then OK button
