Post Can I disable RtHDVCpl.exe entry from the msconfig?

I want to know whether if I have disabled the RtHDVCpl.exe entry from MSCONFIG; is there any issue? I have Realtek sound card and installed all its drivers. I am using Realteck drivers only instead of using the driver which came with Windows Vista.

So, can I disable the RtHDVCpl.exe entry? Can anyone know about this?

Yes. You can disable it using MSCONFIG from the Startup. Just deselect the checkbox and apply the changes and then reboot the system. If you want to enable it again, then just select the checkbox and apply it.
